ACHIEVERS PROGRAMME
Leaders Community are proud to announce that we are now a part of the Jack Petchey Achievement Awards Programme.
The scheme is a reward and recognition initiative which enables Leaders to celebrate the achievements of our young people aged 11 years and over.
The nomination and selection processes are led by the young people within our organisation.

We are delighted to announce our Young Achiever Award winners for June 2019 Donike and Nashay !
These young ladies were nominated and elected by their peers within our community group.
They were both chosen for being great team members who continually support the work Leaders do within the community.

Congratulations to all our Jack Petchey Achievers : Caris Smith, Freya Thomas Knott, Zizi Kotyo, Ruth Ekomisa and also to our Leader Award Recipient Toni Connolly !
We also celebrated the achievements of Francesca Thomas Knott, one of our parent volunteers.
A special mention to our young leaders who yet again came out to entertain the audience at the Keneth Moore Theatre in Ilford and as we have come to expect they certainly raised the roof with their awesome performance.

Freya is a wonderful selfless young person who volunteers across all our programs and remains an inspiration and peer mentor to hundreds of young learners ❤️❤️❤️

REGIONAL AWARDS 2018
Leaders Community were invited back to the #JackPetchey Regional Awards 2018. This time not as the entertainment (as per usual), but to support young leaders Emie Emin, Sienna Hill and Zizi Kotyo who were all being celebrated as Young Achievers in Waltham Forest!
We are so proud of them and look forward to returning next year with a new group of young achievers. We thank all our children and young people who are a part of Leaders Community, you are all amazing and we celebrate each and every one of you!

We are delighted to announce our November 2017 Young Achiever was Zizi Kotyo as elected by our community group.
Congratulations to Amelia Ohare who was an equally worthy opponent.
Zizi was selected for over coming her own physical limitations through dance, and for being a great team member who continually supports the work Leaders do within the community.
Zizi is a wonderful mentor and a great young lady with a very bright future.
Well done Zizi !!
